Shipping policy

Most standard items will ship within 1-4 business days via USPS.
Specialty items like glassware and ornaments require more time (5-7 business days), so please do not order if you are in a rush, as these items are made to order in most cases. 

Fragile items ship via Priority Mail to cover costs for tracking and includes up to $50 insurance in the event the item is damaged or lost.

**Important Mail Notice regarding stickers*******************

All stickers are sent via First Class mail without tracking. USPS is still experiencing delays at this time, so please be aware that the studio has no control over the package once we drop it off at the post office. We always suggest choosing a shipping option with tracking, but like to offer a free shipping option without tracking, but you run the risk of a lost package without free replacement.

Clouds Design Studio is not responsible for lost packages without tracking. Please order with this in mind. In my long history of mailing out stickers, the postal service rarely loses packages, but paying the approximate $4ish dollars for shipping will get you tracking and will basically insure your package in the event it may become lost.
